Delivery
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped.
Free local delivery is available for all orders over £50 within UK.
We DO NOT offer international shipping.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order cost excluding the shipping fee. Your item must be in the original packaging and you must provide proof of purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at EMAIL with your order reference number and a photo of the item’s condition.
