Terms And Conditions

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped.
Free local delivery is available for all orders over £50 within UK.
We DO NOT offer international shipping.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order cost excluding the shipping fee. Your item must be in the original packaging and you must provide proof of purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@aatradeandsupplies.co.uk with your order reference number and a photo of the item’s condition.

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any and all Agreements, are referred to as: The terms “customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to you, the individual who is browsing our website and/or making a purchase. Our company, AA Trades & Supplies Limited, is referred to as the “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” and “Us.” All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer.

For our customers who export good out of the country the following terms apply:
• Minimum Export spend is £50.
• If the goods are to be VAT Exempt, they must be collected by a reputable shipper, who must provide us with a Collection Note and Bill of Laden for Air Freight or Shipment Certificate for sea freight.
• We accept cash, bank transfer and debit cards only as methods of payment.
• Bank transfer funds must reflect in our bank account before we are able to release goods to you.
• We do not accept UK credit cards, international debit or credit cards, or cheques.
• Goods must be collected by the shipper within 2 weeks of purchase.
• Full payment must be received by AA Trades & Supplies Limited, before goods can be released to Freight Agent.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a sale indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
